Stephen Rahm, NRP is an educator and author with over 35 years of EMS experience. Chief Rahm oversees the Office of Clinical Direction, where he manages the clinical efforts for a local EMS agency, and is the Co-Chair of the Centre for Emergency Health Sciences. Stephen has numerous textbooks, journal articles, and scientific papers published to his credit. He is a respected faculty member in emergent procedural and anatomical programs at the Centre. Rahm is a frequent speaker at state and national conferences, where he presents on a wide variety of emergency medicine topics.
